How I use SetSync
Every time I finish a workout, LiftTrack syncs the final weights and reps back into the workout plan. So if I push for 2 extra reps on bench, my next workout reflects that—prompting me to hit 10 reps instead of 8. It’s a simple way to stay progressing.
Tracked it wrong? No problem.
SetSync also runs when you edit a workout from the History tab. So if you logged something incorrectly on your watch, just fix it in the LiftTrack app and your workout will update to match what you actually did.
How to enable SetSync
SetSync is enabled by adding a progression to an exercise in your workout. To get started:
- Go to the Workouts tab.
- Tap on a workout.
- Add or edit an exercise, then tap Add Progression.
- Select SetSync as the progression type.
Once SetSync is enabled for an exercise, LiftTrack will automatically update the reps and weights for that exercise based on your actual performance each time you complete the workout.
Only reps and weights will be updated—sets and exercises will remain unchanged.

After your workout, tap “SetSync Updates” when viewing a workout to review exactly what was modified.
