How to Perform

Follow these step-by-step instructions to perform Single-leg Glute Bridge with proper form and technique.

    Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart.

    Lift one leg off the floor, keeping the knee bent and the foot raised.
