How to Perform

Follow these step-by-step instructions to perform Broad Jump with proper form and technique.

    Begin in a squat position with your feet shoulder-width apart, chest up, and arms swung back behind you.

    Explosively push off the floor with both feet, swinging your arms forward and overhead to propel your body horizontally forward.

    Land softly on both feet in a deep squat position, absorbing the impact by bending your knees and hips, with your arms extended forward for balance.
