How to Perform

Stand tall with your feet together and hands on your hips or clasped in front of you.

Keeping your torso upright, slide your right foot out to the side, simultaneously bending both knees into a wide squat position.

Ensure your knees track over your toes and your hips lower towards the floor, maintaining a straight back.

Return to the starting standing position, straightening both legs completely.
