How to Perform
Follow these step-by-step instructions to perform Step Climb with proper form and technique.

Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and your arms bent at your sides, hands near your shoulders.

Lift your right knee towards your chest while simultaneously bringing your left elbow down towards your right knee, engaging your abdominal muscles.

Return your right foot to the floor and your left arm to the starting position.

Immediately repeat the movement on the opposite side, lifting your left knee and bringing your right elbow towards it.

Continue alternating sides in a controlled, rhythmic climbing motion.
