Features for Strength Training on Your Garmin Watch

LiftTrack lets you build a strength routine in the app, send it to your Garmin watch, track sets and reps on your wrist, and have the finished workout sync back to the app automatically.

LiftTrack runs a full loop with your Garmin watch: you build a routine in the app, tap to send it to your watch, track sets and reps on your wrist, and the finished workout syncs back to your history within seconds. From there, progression rules update next week's targets, and the Analytics tab shows how the work is landing across push, pull, and legs. Read why this round-trip changes how you train.

Why LiftTrack

The watch round-trip

Build a routine in LiftTrack, tap "Send To Garmin Connect" to push it to your watch, then track sets and reps on your wrist. When you finish, the completed workout syncs back to your history automatically and the "Garmin Sync" tile reports the result. Read more about Garmin integration.

Progressive overload, three ways

Pick the rule that fits the lift. Linear adds a fixed weight increment after each successful workout, SetSync copies the weights and reps you actually did into your routine, and Double Progression climbs reps within a range before bumping the weight.

Programs you can use today

The Programs Browser has pre-built training programs and routines you can add to your library. Once added, they behave like any other LiftTrack workout, ready to send to your watch.

Training load you can see

The Analytics tab counts your weekly working sets across push, pull, and legs against the targets you set, with a body heatmap showing where the volume is actually landing.
